The following are the Terms & Conditions for using Crowdcycle

Everyone

Everyone agrees to receive emails and notifications from the Mobile App. If you have notifications turned off, please make an exception for Crowdcycle so that good causes and the business that support them can update you.

Businesses

Pledges that have been made cannot be revoked.

Requests to spend tokens that are in line with the percentage that you have set in the app cannot be refused, as long as you have an outstanding pledge.

In order to be listed in Crowdcycle, you must have an outstanding pledge balance. If you need to stop making pledges, please inform the Crowdcycle coordinator so that they can unlist you until you are ready to pledge again.

At your discretion, you may choose which percentage you are willing to receive which is above the percentage that is set in the app. You may issue a notification to announce this to your followers, or to everyone in order to increase the rate of redemption.

When issuing notifications, you can only refer to your contribution to the good cause and the token percentage you accept. No general advertising is allowed.

Organizations/Causes

May not request Individuals to contribute tokens to them directly.

Individuals

There are no refunds for coins that have been purchased.
